I am a chartered surveryor who lives half in England, and half in France (Gascony).
If you are considering buying a property in Gascony my property search services and intimate knowledge of the area and people may be of help to you. I have good contacts with most of the local agents and local people who often know of houses for sale before they come to the market.
Once I have taken a detailed brief from a client usually in England, I can then research and select a range of property that meets their requirements.
I will accompany you on a visit to the area and the houses, arrange accommodation and transport if needed.
