We will work on your behalf, efficiently and to a high standard, keeping you informed at each step of the process, with open and honest communication...

Step 1. We will meet you at your property to discuss your works. If required we can give advice on how to achieve the maximum potential from your property. We can give advice on planning issues, soil tests and septic tanks.

Step 2. If there are any planning issues these will need to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Step 3. We will meet the tradesmen relevant to your works at your property. We will keep you informed of any suggestions the Artisan may have had. We are always open to the ideas of the local Artisans. From these meetings we will formulate a price for your works.

Step 4. As works progress we will send regular reports and photos. If the Artisan has any queries we will be their contact point. We will be your contact point for your questions and queries.

Step 5. We will ensure that at the end of your works, you will have the proper receipts for insurance, guarantees and perhaps even capital gains purpose.

Basically we are here to look after you
