We bring solutions to the language and administrative difficulties that may arise during your new build. We act as an intermediary between you and your artisans and help you with communication and the red-tape. We can suggest architects and building contractors and obtain fixed quotes. We are also available to interpret for you during your site visits and meetings. We offer on-the-spot advice and assistance from land clearing until the day you receive the keys.
· Project Assistance for Renovations
A restoration project in France can often seem like a daunting task. We can help you by acting as an intermediary for the duration of your project. We can suggest architects and liaise during the preparation and submission of plans, obtain quotes from builders and other tradesmen, communicate your ideas and requirements and keep you informed of progress. We will also be available to interpret during your site visits and help to ensure that work starts and finishes on time.
· Relocation
Whether you are moving to France permanently or own a holiday home here we can provide practical help. We offer either “à la carte” services or personalised relocation packages. We can accompany you to meetings or make phone calls on your behalf. We may be able to assist you with questions relating to installing a telephone line, activating utility services, learning French, opening a bank account, health care and any other aspect of the French life or language that baffles you. |
