Premier Property Care is your 'one stop shop' for everything you need to be able to enjoy your home in France. From grass cutting and checking the post box through to helping you with tricky French laws and correspondance right through to setting up and managing full scale renovations or building projects no matter how small or large.
We offer a professional but friendly service and with our links with local businesses and artisans, if we don't know the answer then we will know someone who will.

We started in 1999 looking after the properties of second home owners in terms of gardening and property maintenance and quickly grew the business to include all aspects of renovation and building along with all the administrative needs of our clients. Each Franchise owner may have certain skills that they focus their business on but all cover the basic practical and organisational skills our clients rely on. If it is outside your area of expertise our network can provide someone to assist, either way we get the job done.

Your Profile
Whether you are single or a couple you will need to have good organisational skills, have a keen interest in what you do and be driven to build your business. Good practical skills are essential as are a natural ability in forming good relationships with clients and within the team.
Good communication skills over the phone and face to face are a must and a knowledge of computer skills will help you keep your clients informed. A grasp of French language will make everything easier but if you don’t have this already we can help you put the plans in place to learn the language.
You will need to have a confident and professional approach to business in order to support and demonstrate the Premier Property Care brand and in turn provide excellent service to your clients. |
